Welded Gabion is made of Welded Wire Mesh panels assembled with spirals and stiffeners. 
Each gabion panel is composed of rugged high-tensile wire coated by a thick, corrosion-resistant layer of zinc. Welded Gabion could be used for pre-filled on-site construction, which is quick and easy.

Gabion Basket Specifications: 2mx 1mx 1m, 3mx 1m x 1m, 4m x 1mx 1m, 2m x 1m x 0.5m, 4mx 1m x 0.5m, etc. It can also be produced according to customer requirements. The surface protection state is hot dip galvanized, galvanized aluminum alloy, coated PVC, and so on.

Wire Diameter: Stone cage mesh is divided into three kinds of wire diameter - mesh wire, edge wire, and tie wire. The range of the mesh wire is 2mm-4mm. Welded Gabion is made of welded wire mesh panels. It is assembled with a spiral-shaped wire to assemble the front and rear panels, the bottom plate, and the partition after welding, and is packed together with the mesh cover. All the caged products that are folded and tied are independent individuals.

 

Welded gabion basket is manufactured from cold steel wire for tensile strength. It is electrically welded together, then hot dipped galvanized or PVC coated, ensuring a longer life. There are galvanized welded Gabion baskets and welded PVC Gabion baskets. Gabion baskets are designed on the principle of a mass earth retaining wall. The strength of the wire mesh helps to withstand the forces
generated by the retained soil.

Material introduction:

(1)Galvanized steel wire: high quality low carbon steel wire, the diameter of the steel wire2.0MM-4.0MM, the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 380Mpa, the surface of the steel wire is protected by hot dip galvanizing, the thickness of the galvanized protective layer is made according to customer requirements, and the maximum amount of galvanizing can reach 300g/m2.

(2) Zinc-5% aluminum (10% aluminum)-mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: ( also called Golfan) steel wire, which is an international emerging a new material, corrosion resistance is more than 3 times that of traditional pure galvanized, the diameter of the steel wire can reach 1.0MM-3.0MM, the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 1380Mpa.

(3) Galvanized steel wire coated: high-quality low carbon steel wire, a layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal nets. This layer of PVC protective layer will greatly increase the protection in the highly polluted environment, and through the choice of different colors, it can be integrated with the surrounding environment.
